What We Offer

Returns & Cancelations

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within 28 days of delivery.
  • Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. (Gives us enough time to cancel orders placed for materials.)
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The Following Cannot Be Returned:

  • Custom or personalized products. (Engravings, custom materials, etc.)
  • Pieces that contain organic materials. (Wood, antler, etc.)

Resizing

Unfortunately, most of our rings cannot be resized and a new ring must be created to fit
properly. The customer is responsible for making sure they have their correct ring size! If a ring resize is needed, the customer is responsible for shipping/material costs to create the new ring. Ring resize is available within the 28 days of delivery.

Helpful tips for finding your ring size:

We highly recommend visiting a local jewelry store to confirm your ring size. This process is free and is one of the most accurate ways to get your correct size.

Jewelers usually offer this free of charge because they want to make sure that their
customers know what size to look for.

Ring Care

To ensure your ring lasts for a long time, we recommend the following:
Avoid wearing your ring around chemicals, in hot tubs, oceans, or when using alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Also, avoid exposure to chlorine in swimming pools and refrain from wearing it during high-impact activities. With proper care, your ring will last for many years!

We also advise against giving your ring to a bear, dropping it into deep holes to see how deep they are, or using it in contests to see who can throw it the furthest.
